Quillon is a word-growth puzzle. You start with a short seed word and grow it by inserting a letter between two existing letters — expanding it from the inside out.

For example: RED → insert A between E and D → READ → insert M between A and D → REAMED.

Relaxed Mode is free-form. Daily Mode gives you one shared puzzle per day — commit your answer with the Plant Flag mechanic. Timed Mode challenges you to grow as many words as possible in 90 seconds.

Each day, every Quillon player gets the same seed word. You grow it as far as you like, then tap Plant Flag to lock in your final answer.

Plant Flag is your commitment — once you plant, your score is recorded and you can see how others played the same puzzle. There are no hints or refreshes in Daily Mode, so think carefully before you plant.

Timed Mode is available as a one-time purchase of $3.99. Once unlocked, it's yours forever — no subscription, no recurring charges.

The purchase is processed entirely through Apple. We never see your payment details.

Tap the Restore Purchases button on the Timed Mode screen. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

If restoring doesn't work, email us at support@km4w.com with your Apple ID email (not your payment info) and we'll sort it out.

The leaderboard ranks Timed Mode scores for the current day. Participation is optional — you can play Timed Mode without submitting your score.

To appear on the leaderboard, you'll sign in with Apple (which provides an anonymous identifier — we never see your real name or email) and choose a display name.

Email support@km4w.com with the display name you used. We'll delete your leaderboard record promptly — no questions asked.

We genuinely appreciate bug reports — Quillon is built by one person and every catch helps.

Quillon uses a curated word list that balances coverage with fairness across players. Some valid words aren't included yet — especially uncommon proper nouns, highly technical terms, or very recent additions to the language.
